Requesting access
Joining the list registers your interest. It does not guarantee an invitation, release date or access to a particular platform. iPhone early builds exist; Android is on the roadmap. No purchase or payment is required to submit a request.
Fitness and AI guidance
FORM supports personal fitness tracking. It is not a medical service. AI responses may be incorrect and routines require your review. GPS, elevation and strength estimates are approximate. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help for health concerns.
Optional services and costs
Claude coaching requires your own Anthropic API account and key. API use is billed by Anthropic independently from Claude chat subscriptions. Available models and provider limits depend on your account.
Early builds and backups
Features may change and device-specific behavior remains subject to testing. Keep backups before updating or changing installations. Current sample dashboards and example coach exchanges on this website are illustrative.

External links and integrations are governed by their providers’ terms. FORM does not claim Anthropic endorsement or acceptance into a startup program.
